d) pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 you, in particular: have the right to know whether personal data concerning you is being held or not, even if not yet registered; of where said personal data originates from; of handling purpose and mode; of the logic applied if said data is handled electronically; be given identifying data on Holder, those responsible and parties or party categories that said data can be communicated to or who can gain knowledge of it as they are responsible or appointed; updating, rectifying or integration of said data; cancellation, transformation into an anonymous format or blocking of any data handled in violation to the law; proof that said prior operations have been made available, even in content, to those said data had been circulated or communicated to, except if that should be impossible or imply means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected; have the right to oppose: for legitimate reasons, said personal data being handled to send out advertising or direct selling material or for market research.
